The Regional Worker Accommodation Fund, overseen by Regional Development Victoria, provides new housing and accommodation for regional communities where workers in key industries and their families are struggling to find places to live. The fund supports employers to attract and retain workers by supporting projects that create more affordable housing and accommodation.

Colac Area Health (CAH) has been successful in its application to establish new housing options for staff and visiting medical officers, in the form of 16 no. 1 bedroom units.

The health service is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified suppliers to undertake the construction of the units in accordance with the design developed by CAH's project-appointed architect.
