Attention Federally Accredited Builders.

The overall project comprises 13 Social and Affordable apartment developments across the Perth Metropolitan area that have received either full or partial State Government funding, in addition to "preferred applicant" Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) Round One status.

The 13 projects have been allocated into two packages for project delivery.

It is intended for the Projects to be sold to Community Housing Providers on completion of construction, who will then own and manage the "built to rent" development.

DevelopmentWA is looking to appoint one Early Contractor Involvement ECI Contractor (Builder) on each package.
