Student and School Management Systems Improvement

The purpose of the procurement is to acquire and implement a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution that is modular, secure, scalable, and student centric. The solution will consolidate and replace multiple legacy systems, improve user experience, and support school operations and educational service delivery.

Scope of Procurement Includes:

• Core student and school administration system(s) installation and configuration.
• Replacement or integration of existing student and school management systems such as EduPoint, Student Support System (SSS), SARIS, Case Management Platform (CMP) modules, EdSmart, Seesaw, Kiosk/, DocPoint.
• Parent portal/interface including mobile access.
• System integrations with corporate platforms (e.g., MyCareer, Finance One, PageUp).
• Development of RFT documentation, requirements specification, and comprehensive contracts.
• Data migration from legacy systems.
• Training and change management resources.
• Ongoing technical support.
• Policy and process enhancements to improve system effectiveness.

• One integrated student and school management system.
• Multiple modules covering key functional areas (e.g., enrolment, attendance, wellbeing, reporting).
• Supporting documentation including architecture diagrams, test plans, and migration strategies.
• Training programs and stakeholder engagement materials.
