Project goals
Convert hard copy survey and strata plans into LandXML and Geopackage file format. DCS Spatial Services would like to implement a capture on demand service for ongoing digitisation of survey plans in NSW.

Scope
DCS-Spatial Services have developed an Amazon Web Service (AWS) environment called Cadastre NSW as a storage, management, and delivery solution for captured digital plan data. CadastreNSW connects via Application Programming Interface (API) with NSWLRS Connect and the Department of Planning and Environment (DPIE) Planning Portal ensuring seamless automatic delivery and notification for newly lodged plans. This enables digitisation of plans at various stages of the property pipeline prior to registration. This service will interact and maintain the current integration with CadastreNSW and meet existing turnaround times.
