Project goals
For the Sydney Metro Northwest and City & Southwest projects in Operations phase:
· Efficient, expert and timely review and assessment of Development Applications (DA) that have been referred to Sydney Metro for concurrence or comment under T&I SEPP and SSD applications via the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
· Efficient, expert and timely responses to technical queries and provision of project advice in relation to Development Applications.
Scope
The scope of services required by Sydney Metro includes: reviewing and assessing Development Applications (DA) that have been referred to Sydney Metro for concurrence or comment under T&I SEPP and SSD applications via the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (or under any other similar legislation /mechanisms that may be established in the future), to determine their potential impact on the metro rail infrastructure facilities; respond to technical queries and provide project advice in relation to DAs; reviewing and identifying any high level concerns for strategic land use planning projects e.g. Planning Proposals, Scoping Reports, geotechnical reports, engineering assessments etc.

Organisations that would like to participate in the Request for Tender must register.
To register, Organisations must:
- Submit an Access Request Form, demonstrating how they would be able to satisfy the Requirements (in the form of RFT Appendix E).
- Submit a Confidentiality Deed Poll (signed and dated) to the Contact Officer via the Contact Officer Email address (in the form of RFT Appendix F).
