Project goals
This project is Design Finalisation and Construct which includes the supply of all materials and labor required to carry out the works.
The objectives for this project are:
· Demolition of existing kitchen and modification of current doorway.
· Replace existing fluorescent lighting with new LED Lighting as specified.
· Replacement / upgrade of existing Electrical Distribution Board (DB) & re-direction to new location.
· Provisions of new electrical services within area.
Special Consideration needs to be given to the following:
· Soft and Hard Hoarding.
· Fire egress must be maintained for the duration of the project.
· Noise & dust reduction strategies.
· Removal of demolition materials & receiving of deliveries.
· Location of waste bin & safety barriers, around waste Bin.
· Access for contractors.
· Secure storage of tools & equipment.
· Sustainability strategies.
This project may also include liaising with other contractors as nominated by the Local Health District.
