Project goals

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T09-25 Riverwood Community Centre Upgrade Stage One: Roof, Air Conditioning & Ceiling Replacement.

Tenderers are not required to be members of Construction Scheme (SCM0256) to be considered for this project.

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T09-25 Riverwood Community Centre Upgrade Stage One: Roof, Air Conditioning & Ceiling Replacement.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request

A compulsory site briefing will be held as per below description:

Time and Date: 10:00am on Wednesday, 14 August 2024

Location: Riverwood Community Centre, 151 Belmore Rd North, Riverwood NSW 2210.

1. Must Attend the Compulsory Site Briefing

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf. One representative can represent only one company.

In the event that Council deems, at its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of potential Tenderers have attended the site meeting to result in a competitive tender, Council reserves the right to open the tender process to any Tenderer and waive the compulsory briefing requirement.
