Tender Description
The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking to engage the services of a highly qualified and experienced Architect to be the head consultant to complete the outstanding design work, produce all relevant Construction Documentation and provide associated professional services until a Final Completion certificate. Project scope to include all relevant due diligence required for Stage 1A.01, (full extent shown in attached drawing package). The project shall be constructed in phases. The extent of phases has been shown in the drawing package. To ensure the phases allow the overall project to be delivered, the area shown will undergo design verification and Stage 1A.01 works will be documented and is planned to be constructed in 2025-2027.
The scope shall include all infrastructure services required for Stage 1A.01, main entry, access road and signage, car park, boundary and avenue plantings, stormwater detention, partial Administration and Operations building, external Cultural Space for events, lockable shed and spoil bay, 18 internment rooms, landscaping and integrated water management infrastructure.
