Contract Requirements in Brief

The Shire of Carnamah seeks quotes from suitably qualified consultants to undertake a review of the integrated planning and reporting components comprising:

1. Shire of Carnamah Strategic Community Plan – Community vision, strategic direction, long and medium-term priorities and resourcing implications with a horizon of 10+ years. The current plan is for the period 2021 - 2031 and was last reviewed in December 2023.

2. Shire of Carnamah Corporate Business Plan– Four-year delivery program, aligned to the Strategic Community Plan, and accompanied by four-year financial projections. The current plan was originally incorporated in the Strategic Community Plan and separated in December 2023. The Shire of Carnamah Strategic Resource Plan Incorporating Workforce Plan, Long Term Financial Plan and Asset Management Plan which are currently being reviewed and does not form part of this request for consultancy services.
