Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) seeks submissions from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of on-course broadcast and video coverage services as described within this invitation to supply. The primary purpose of this service is to supply the live video footage to Sky (and other rights holders occasionally) for broadcasting on a variety of off-course platforms as per HRV’s Broadcast Rights agreement with Sky.

Tenderers will be required to have the relevant experience in providing on-course broadcasting video coverage services, ideally within the sport or racing industry.
